Late 80's hardcore band from CA. Don't know anything about this band. I think they appeared on some comp. tapes as well. I guess the initials stand for Under The Influence but I'm not sure.
2 hardcore rippers and 2 mid-tempo rocking tunes.
This 7" was released in 1987 by the band.

They also had some recordings from before they were UTI. They were called Hangover and they were from San Juan Capistrano, CA. Another good band from that area is names Againt The Grain.
I ment Against The Grain haha.
And the comp. they were on was called A Clockwork Orange County
